How can I receive a refund?
We understand that life happens and sometimes it’s just not the right time to start or continue with a program like Foodvisor.
Foodvisor offers three different payment platforms:
- Apple
- Google Play
- Foodvisor Website (Stripe)
Apple
All payments handled by App Store, such as in-app purchases, can be refunded and approved only by Apple. To receive a refund from Apple you need to contact Apple Support within 14 days from the purchase date. To contact them, please follow this link: Apple Support or call them via a number on this page. You should receive a confirmation email from Apple Support when they receive your request. You'll receive a followup response with Apple's decision on a refund within a short period of time.
Google Play
If you subscribed via Google Play, please follow these instructions by Google https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637#apps
Website
If you subscribed on the website, we provide a refund policy based on your country of residence law.
- For EU resident : we’ll issue a refund for your initial subscription or add-on charges provided that you reach out to Support within 14 days of the charge date.
- In other countries, to inquire about a refund within the 14-day grace period, please reach out to our support. Please note that all purchases are final and non-refundable, except at our sole discretion and in accordance with the rules governing each Premium Service.
Renewal charges aren’t eligible for a refund, so please make sure you cancel your subscription or renewing add-on prior to the renewal date. Any cancellation requests received after your subscription or add-on renewal will go into effect at the end of that billing cycle.

Please keep in mind
Deleting your account in Foodvisor settings does not automatically cancel your Premium subscription.
Your subscription must be cancelled via the purchase platform (App Store, Google Play or Foodvisor website).
