What type of subscription do I have?
For your information, Foodvisor offers three different payment platforms:
- Apple
- Google Play
- Foodvisor Website (Stripe)
Important: If you cannot find a subscription on Google Play or in your Apple settings, you may have started a subscription linked to our website.
Cancel your renewal on Google Play (Android)
- Go to Google Play.
- Make sure you're signed in to the correct Google Account.
- On the left, click on Payments and Subscriptions.
- Go to Subscriptions, then tap on the subscription you want to cancel.
- Click on the Cancel Subscription button.
- In the confirmation pop-up, tap Yes.
Cancel your renewal on Apple (iPhone / iPad)
- Go to the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Click on your Apple ID.
- Go to Subscriptions and click on Foodvisor.
- Click on the Cancel button at the bottom of the page.
Note : If you do not see a cancel button, then you do not have an active subscription.
If you are unable to locate Foodvisor in the settings, it is possible that you have initiated a trial through our website. Please refer to the following paragraph for further instructions.
Cancel your renewal on the Foodvisor website
If you cannot find a subscription on Google Play or in your Apple settings, you may have started a trial linked to our website:
- Go to the Foodvisor website and log into your account: https://www.foodvisor.io/en/
- Then click on your email in the upper right corner, then on Manage my account.
- On your account page, click on Manage next to the Subscription Status box.
- Finally, click on Disable Auto Renew.
Important
Deleting your account in Foodvisor settings does not automatically cancel your Premium subscription.
Your subscription must be cancelled via the purchase platform (App Store, Google Play, Foodvisor website).
